What our Residents are Saying

“Following surgery, I recently spent two weeks at Bridlewood Trails for respite care on the Assisted Living floor. This was an amazing experience... Excellent nursing care, compassionate happy staff, wonderful meals (kudos to the Chef and her crew), engaging activities and entertaining events. Pre-surgery, I visited several retirement homes in the West Ottawa area. I am so pleased to have made such an excellent choice in Bridlewood Trails. I made many new friends, both with residents and staff. After I am fully recovered and fully mobile, I look forward to returning to Bridlewood Trails as a volunteer.”

– Nancy

“My parents were some of the original residents there when it opened & my brother & I will be forever thankful for the care they received...Tanya & and the entire staff of nurses , as well as maintenance, dining attendants etc ...they were all like ‘family’ especially to my dearest Dad prior to his passing. 10+”
